Write your PDP using scholarly writing, correct grammar, and proper APA citations. Review the APA Basics Checklist: Citations, Reference List, and Style to make sure that your citations are correct. This document should represent your best professional effort.
The Program of Study is a contract between you, your committee, and the School of Graduate Studies that specifies which courses you will study to satisfy School of Graduate Studies requirements and finish your degree program.
Log in to Access Banner and enter your Program of Study (course list) in DegreeWorks Plans area, then contact your Graduate Program Coordinator.
The Program of Study should not be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies directly.
The Program of Study will be reviewed by the Graduate Program Coordinator in your department before being sent to the School of Graduate Studies for processing.
USUs ServiceNow will send an email notification to your major lecturer, committee members, and department chair asking them to evaluate and approve the Program of Study.
You and your GPC will receive a final email from ServiceNow confirming that the Program of Study has been approved once all approvals have been received.
Contact your Graduate Program Coordinator to amend the courses listed in DegreeWorks and submit a ServiceNow Program of Study request to the School of Graduate Studies for processing.
The Program of Study amendment will be sent to your major professor and department head, who will approve it in the same way.
