According to a PWC report, one of the top five significant concerns for healthcare CEOs is the availability of trained people.
The importance of continuing education in the healthcare field cannot be overstated.
Despite the fact that 75% of CEOs worldwide believe that a skilled, educated, and adaptive workforce should be a government/business priority2, several locations around the world are experiencing a rising shortage of experienced and well-trained healthcare workers.
To offset this trend, it is necessary to create awareness that education does not end once a person has begun a professional career.
Because the healthcare business is always changing, technologies that are deemed best practice today can alter dramatically in a decade’s time.
As a result, care providers must stay up with new procedures and technology on a regular basis, as well as enhance their knowledge and skills. This means that continuing education is not an option, but a requirement for every healthcare worker who wants to deliver high-quality patient care.
